#1 Take a cooking class

Last night I took my first cooking class. I attended the class with one my great friend Cassie. It was a hands on cooking class and I had a wonderful time. Theme of the class: Friday night dinner party






Menu: Parmesan Lace Bowls with Butter Lettuce Salad and Pine Nut Basil Vinaigrette

Cornish Game Hens with Orange Marsala Sauce

Dijon Cream Roasted Dutch Potatoes

Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Fricassee

Glazed Baby Carrots with Pistachio Nuts

Chocolate Soufflé Roll with Espresso Cream Filling. I forgot to take a picture of the dessert but it was good.
