Last night I took my first cooking class. I attended the class with one my great friend Cassie. It was a hands on cooking class and I had a wonderful time. Theme of the class: Friday night dinner party

Chocolate Soufflé Roll with Espresso Cream Filling. I forgot to take a picture of the dessert but it was good.
