#59, 60

59. Go to Vegas to celebrate my 30th bday. Completed 10/23/2010. I had a great time in Vegas with Tyler, Mom, Dad, Cassie, Colette, Colleen and Kelly.
60. Watch a show in Vegas. Completed 10/24/2010 We saw Love in Vegas!!! It was amazing.

Oct 16th update, #50, #56

50. Take a quilt making class. I took my first quilt making class on Oct. 6. Although I am not finished with the quilt I have completed all the stitchery. I will post pictures once I have completed the quilt.

56. Make cork board. Thanks to my wonder husband for all his help on this one!
#2 Try 30 new recipes. I made baked ziti for the first time. Sorry I didn't take a picture. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I put veggies in it.

I also made an autumn salad with red wine vinaigrette which I liked but will change the dressing a little.

While my dad was here back in September I made chicken breasts stuffed with garlic and herbed goat cheese. Of these three new dished the stuffed chicken was my favorite.
