#2 Try 30 new recipes. This past week I made homemade veggie burgers with oven roasted potatoes. I got the recipe from the little instruction book that came with my food processor!
7. Make latkes from scratch. This week I also made potato latkas! Both meals were very yummy.
4. Give up fast food for a month. I gave up fast food from June 7 until July 7. Three of these weeks were extremely easy because my parents were visiting and we were working on the house!

Time flies when you are having fun...#9, 2, 17, 38
9. Buy a new food processor. My parents wanted to give me my Christmas present while they were visiting! I used my new food processor to make Cheddar Cheese Biscuits. It is the Red Lobster recipe they were great.

17. Walk 15 miles a week Jan 1- July 1. I walked at least 15 miles per week. This week I have to walk 17 miles as part of my 3 Day training.
38. New windows, although we are not finished with siding and the inside of our house we do have new windows.
